My nail polish it’s chipping. How can I make my manicure last longer?

Start every manicure wiping your bare nails with rubbing alcohol or 100% acetone. This removes all traces oil and residue, creating a clean surface for product application. Next, apply 1 coat of base coat. This acts as a primer, helping polish adhere to the nail. Then, apply 2-3 thin coats of nail polish. This allows your polish layers to dry faster. Finally, apply 1-2 coats of a quick-dry top coat to protect and add a glossy shine.

My nail polish turned thick and goopy. How can I fix it?

Over time, ingredients in your nail polish will start to evaporate and change the consistency of the product. To remedy this, nail polish thinner is added to replace the evaporated ingredients and return your product back to its original form. You can find basic thinner at any drugstore or beauty supply shop. To use, add 5-10 drops to your nail polish bottle and shake vigorously. Check the consistency and repeat if necessary. Never use remover or acetone to thin your polish.

My nail polish has separated. Did it go bad?

Over time, particle settlement may occur and you will start to see ingredient separation in your bottle. This is normal and does not affect the color of the product. To use it again, simply shake your bottle vigorously to mix the contents back up.
